With advanced degrees in business and labor relations (MBA, MILR), Dr. Smith combines academic insight with real-world leadership. His postdoctoral research, which began in 2013, focused on the intersections of human consciousness, desire, and social structure—laying the foundation for the theory that powers the mission of the organization today.
